Long Island Iced Tea
Five spirits, lemon and a splash of cola. It tastes like iced tea and is much stronger than it looks.

Ingredients
- 15 ml½ ozVodka
- 15 ml½ ozLondon dry gin
- 15 ml½ ozWhite rum
- 15 ml½ ozBlanco tequila
- 15 ml½ ozCointreau
- 25 ml¾ ozFresh lemon juice
- 15 ml½ ozSimple syrup (1:1)
- Top upTop upCola
Makes one drink, about 145 ml before ice.
Method
- Add everything except the cola to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a collins glass over glass full of cubes.
- Top with the cola and give it one gentle stir.
- Garnish: lemon wedge.
