Mezcal Margarita
A margarita made with mezcal. Smoky and sharp.

Ingredients
- 50 ml1⅔ ozMezcal
- 20 ml⅔ ozCointreau
- 25 ml¾ ozFresh lime juice
Makes one drink, about 95 ml before ice.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh cubes.
- Garnish: chilli salt rim.
