Tequila, lime and sparkling mineral water. A dry, crisp West Texas favourite.

Ingredients
- 50 ml1⅔ ozBlanco tequila
- 20 ml⅔ ozFresh lime juice
- Top upTop upSoda water
Makes one drink, about 190 ml before ice.
Method
- Fill a highball with glass full of cubes. Add everything except the soda.
- Top with the soda and give it one gentle stir.
- Garnish: lime wedge.
