Tequila cocktails

A tequila sour with Campari and grapefruit. Pink and bittersweet.

Ingredients
- 45 ml1½ ozBlanco tequila
- 15 ml½ ozCampari
- 22 ml¾ ozFresh pink grapefruit juice
- 15 ml½ ozFresh lime juice
- 15 ml½ ozSimple syrup (1:1)
Makes one drink, about 110 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the coupe in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into the coupe.
- Garnish: grapefruit twist.
