Advocaat, a squeeze of lime and fizzy lemonade. A British Christmas classic, like boozy custard.

Ingredients
- 50 ml1⅔ ozAdvocaat
- 5 ml¼ ozFresh lime juice
- Top upTop upSparkling lemonade
Makes one drink, about 175 ml before ice.
Method
- Fill a highball with glass full of cubes. Add everything except the lemonade.
- Top with the lemonade and give it one gentle stir.
- Garnish: cherry.
