Rye, Cognac and vermouth with a spoon of Bénédictine. Deep and spiced.

Ingredients
- 22 ml¾ ozRye whiskey
- 22 ml¾ ozCognac
- 22 ml¾ ozSweet vermouth
- 7 ml¼ ozBénédictine
- 1 dash1 dashAngostura bitters
- 1 dash1 dashPeychaud's bitters
Makes one drink, about 75 ml before ice.
Method
- Add everything to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir for about 30 seconds, until very cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one large cube.
- Garnish: lemon twist.
