Campari and vermouth with soda. A light, long Negroni without the gin.

Ingredients
- 30 ml1 ozCampari
- 30 ml1 ozSweet vermouth
- Top upTop upSoda water
Makes one drink, about 150 ml before ice.
Method
- Fill a highball with glass full of cubes. Add everything except the soda.
- Top with the soda and give it one gentle stir.
- Garnish: orange slice.
