Aperol Spritz
Prosecco and Aperol with a splash of soda. Bittersweet orange and very easy.

Ingredients
- 90 ml3 ozProsecco
- 60 ml2 ozAperol
- SplashSplashSoda water
Makes one drink, about 180 ml before ice.
Method
- Fill a wine glass with glass full of cubes. Add everything except the soda.
- Top with the soda and give it one gentle stir.
- Garnish: orange slice.
