Two parts Champagne to one of orange juice. Drier than a Mimosa, and a Christmas morning tradition in Britain.

Ingredients
- 50 ml1⅔ ozFresh orange juice
- Top upTop upChampagne
Makes one drink, about 150 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the champagne flute in the freezer to chill.
- Pour everything except the champagne into a chilled champagne flute.
- Top with the champagne and give it one gentle stir.
