Strawberry purée topped with Prosecco. A Bellini made with strawberries.

Ingredients
- 30 ml1 ozStrawberry purée
- Top upTop upProsecco
Makes one drink, about 120 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the champagne flute in the freezer to chill.
- Pour everything except the prosecco into a chilled champagne flute.
- Top with the prosecco and give it one gentle stir.
- Garnish: strawberry.
