Stirred rum with vermouth and orange. Light, silky and a little fruity.

Ingredients
- 45 ml1½ ozWhite rum
- 22 ml¾ ozBlanc vermouth
- 7 ml¼ ozDry curaçao
- 5 ml¼ ozGrenadine
Makes one drink, about 80 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the coupe in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir for about 30 seconds, until very cold.
- Strain into the coupe.
- Garnish: orange peel.
