Three rums, spice and citrus. Famously strong. One is plenty.

Ingredients
- 45 ml1½ ozJamaican rum
- 45 ml1½ ozAged rum
- 30 ml1 ozOverproof rum
- 15 ml½ ozFalernum
- 22 ml¾ ozFresh lime juice
- 15 ml½ ozFresh pink grapefruit juice
- 7 ml¼ ozCinnamon syrup
- 5 ml¼ ozGrenadine
- 1 dash1 dashAngostura bitters
- 6 drops6 dropsAbsinthe
Makes one drink, about 185 ml before ice.
Method
- Add everything to a blender with a cup of ice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tiki mug.
- Garnish: mint sprig.
