Espresso Martini
Vodka and fresh espresso shaken hard to a thick crema.

Ingredients
- 50 ml1⅔ ozVodka
- 15 ml½ ozCoffee liqueur
- 30 ml1 ozFresh espresso
- 7 ml¼ ozSimple syrup (1:1)
Makes one drink, about 100 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the martini glass in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into the martini glass.
- Garnish: three coffee beans.
