French Martini
Vodka, raspberry liqueur and pineapple, shaken hard for a frothy top.

Ingredients
- 45 ml1½ ozVodka
- 15 ml½ ozRaspberry liqueur (Chambord)
- 45 ml1½ ozPineapple juice
Makes one drink, about 105 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the martini glass in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into the martini glass.
- Garnish: raspberry.
