Rum cocktails
Hemingway Daiquiri
A daiquiri with grapefruit and maraschino and almost no sugar. Very tart.

Ingredients
- 60 ml2 ozWhite rum
- 7 ml¼ ozMaraschino liqueur
- 15 ml½ ozFresh pink grapefruit juice
- 22 ml¾ ozFresh lime juice
Makes one drink, about 105 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the coupe in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into the coupe.
- Garnish: lime wheel.
