Hot Toddy
Whisky, honey and lemon topped up with hot water. The one for cold nights and sore throats.

Ingredients
- 50 ml1⅔ ozBlended Scotch
- 15 ml½ ozHoney syrup (3:1)
- 15 ml½ ozFresh lemon juice
- Top upTop upHot water
Makes one drink, about 200 ml before ice.
Method
- Warm the heatproof glass with hot water, then tip it out.
- Pour everything except the hot water into the warm heatproof glass.
- Top with the hot water and give it one gentle stir.
- Garnish: lemon wheel studded with cloves.
