Dark rum and Campari with pineapple. A tiki drink with a bitter streak.

Ingredients
- 45 ml1½ ozDark rum
- 22 ml¾ ozCampari
- 45 ml1½ ozPineapple juice
- 15 ml½ ozFresh lime juice
- 15 ml½ ozRich demerara syrup (2:1)
Makes one drink, about 140 ml before ice.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one large cube.
- Garnish: pineapple fronds.
