Kentucky Mule
A Moscow Mule made with bourbon. Ginger, lime and a little vanilla from the whiskey.

Ingredients
- 50 ml1⅔ ozBourbon
- 15 ml½ ozFresh lime juice
- Top upTop upGinger beer
Makes one drink, about 185 ml before ice.
Method
- Fill a copper mug with glass full of cubes. Add everything except the ginger beer.
- Top with the ginger beer and give it one gentle stir.
- Garnish: lime wedge and mint.
