Stinger
Cognac with a little crème de menthe. Cool, minty and strong.

Ingredients
- 60 ml2 ozCognac
- 15 ml½ ozGreen crème de menthe
Makes one drink, about 75 ml before ice.
Method
- Add everything to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir for about 30 seconds, until very cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
- Garnish: mint sprig.
