Blue Hawaiian
Rum, blue curaçao, pineapple and coconut. Sea-green, sweet and tastes like a holiday.

Ingredients
- 30 ml1 ozWhite rum
- 15 ml½ ozBlue curaçao
- 60 ml2 ozPineapple juice
- 30 ml1 ozCream of coconut
Makes one drink, about 135 ml before ice.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a hurricane glass over crushed ice.
- Garnish: pineapple wedge and cherry.
