Brandy Milk Punch
Brandy, cold milk and vanilla, shaken and served over ice. A New Orleans brunch drink.

Ingredients
- 50 ml1⅔ ozCognac
- 90 ml3 ozWhole milk
- 15 ml½ ozVanilla syrup
- Grated on topGrated on topGrated nutmeg
Makes one drink, about 155 ml before ice.
Method
- Add everything except the nutmeg to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh cubes.
- Top with the nutmeg and give it one gentle stir.
- Garnish: grated nutmeg.
