Amaretto Sour
Amaretto stiffened with a little bourbon. Marzipan and lemon under a foam.

Ingredients
- 45 ml1½ ozAmaretto
- 15 ml½ ozBourbon
- 30 ml1 ozFresh lemon juice
- 7 ml¼ ozSimple syrup (1:1)
- 20 ml⅔ ozEgg white
Makes one drink, about 115 ml before ice.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker without ice and shake for 10 seconds to whip the egg.
- Add ice and shake again until the tin is very cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh cubes.
- Garnish: lemon and cherry.
