Gin cocktails
Bramble
Gin sour over crushed ice with blackberry liqueur bleeding through it.

Ingredients
- 50 ml1⅔ ozLondon dry gin
- 25 ml¾ ozFresh lemon juice
- 12 ml⅓ ozSimple syrup (1:1)
- 15 ml½ ozCrème de mûre
Makes one drink, about 100 ml before ice.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
- Garnish: blackberry and lemon.
