Pink Lady
Gin and apple brandy with lemon and grenadine, shaken to a pink foam.

Ingredients
- 45 ml1½ ozLondon dry gin
- 15 ml½ ozApple brandy
- 22 ml¾ ozFresh lemon juice
- 10 ml⅓ ozGrenadine
- 20 ml⅔ ozEgg white
Makes one drink, about 110 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the coupe in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything to a shaker without ice and shake for 10 seconds to whip the egg.
- Add ice and shake again until the tin is very cold.
- Strain into the coupe.
- Garnish: cherry.
