Gin cocktails
Dirty Martini
A Dry Martini with a splash of olive brine. Cold, salty and savoury. Make it with vodka if you prefer.

Ingredients
- 60 ml2 ozLondon dry gin
- 10 ml⅓ ozDry vermouth
- 15 ml½ ozOlive brine
Makes one drink, about 85 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the martini glass in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir for about 30 seconds, until very cold.
- Strain into the martini glass.
- Garnish: two or three olives.
