Pink Gin
Cold gin coloured blush pink with Angostura. Dry and aromatic.

Ingredients
- 60 ml2 ozLondon dry gin
- 4 dashes4 dashesAngostura bitters
Makes one drink, about 60 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the coupe in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir for about 30 seconds, until very cold.
- Strain into the coupe.
- Garnish: lemon twist.
