A sweet Martini with a menthol, bitter edge from Fernet.

Ingredients
- 45 ml1½ ozLondon dry gin
- 45 ml1½ ozSweet vermouth
- 7 ml¼ ozFernet-Branca
Makes one drink, about 95 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the coupe in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir for about 30 seconds, until very cold.
- Strain into the coupe.
- Garnish: orange twist.
