Rich, round and slightly sweet. Somewhere between a Manhattan and a Martini.

Ingredients
- 45 ml1½ ozOld Tom gin
- 45 ml1½ ozSweet vermouth
- 5 ml¼ ozMaraschino liqueur
- 2 dashes2 dashesAngostura bitters
Makes one drink, about 95 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the coupe in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir for about 30 seconds, until very cold.
- Strain into the coupe.
- Garnish: orange twist.
