Mezcal cocktails
Oaxaca Old Fashioned
Tequila and mezcal with agave and chocolate bitters. Smoky and smooth.

Ingredients
- 45 ml1½ ozReposado tequila
- 15 ml½ ozMezcal
- 7 ml¼ ozAgave syrup
- 2 dashes2 dashesMole bitters
Makes one drink, about 65 ml before ice.
Method
- Add everything to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir for about 30 seconds, until very cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one large cube.
- Garnish: flamed orange peel.
