Tequila Old Fashioned
Reposado tequila, agave and bitters. Peppery and smooth.

Ingredients
- 60 ml2 ozReposado tequila
- 7 ml¼ ozAgave syrup
- 2 dashes2 dashesAngostura bitters
Makes one drink, about 65 ml before ice.
Method
- Add everything to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir for about 30 seconds, until very cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one large cube.
- Garnish: orange peel.
